Had a wonderful time spending time with family. Positive: Charming farm house centrally located near Woodstock village. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a family.

A charming, peaceful and cozy home perfect for a getaway Positive: Kathy was a truly exceptional host—thoughtful, communicative, and attentive from start to finish. She checked in both before and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, which made us feel genuinely cared for. The home itself exceeded our expectations. It was cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The gardens were beautifully maintained, with vibrant dahlias adding a lovely touch of color and charm. The overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing—just what we were hoping for. I stayed with my sisters to celebrate a birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting. We loved everything about the house and would absolutely book again. What a perfect place to unwind and make memories.

Beautiful home in a serene setting! Positive: The property was absolutely beautiful! The yard and garden were so inviting. It made for a perfect stay. One of the best houses we stayed in Positive: The house and surrounding gardens are beautiful. We were 8 people, two families with kids, and everyone was comfortable (and each had a robe!), beds were very comfortable as well. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we ever had on a vacation rental. There is a herb garden, games, two living rooms, ample space and everything was clean and beautiful. Kathy is the most welcoming host, always available for questions and travel advice. To sum up, this was no doubt one of the best rentals we stayed at. Thank you Kathy! Negative: Liked everything!

This is a wonderful location for exploring the area, close to hikes and the town but very quiet and private. Good gather Positive: Peaceful, cozy and quiet, places to sit outside, very comfortable inside. Beds were very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and well supplied house! Negative: I can’t think of anything!
